Russ Panko, MHA, LSSBB, is a healthcare transformation and operations leader with over 14 years of experience in driving system-wide change and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Director of Performance Excellence Operations at CHRISTUS Health, Russ oversees operational performance standards, collaborating with clinical and analytics teams to enhance decision-making. Previously, Russ held various leadership roles at Texas Health Resources, where they led over 50 high-impact transformation projects, generating significant cost savings and improved care outcomes. Russ is also committed to cultivating strong teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies. They hold a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from Texas State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
