Wren Lester, PhD, CPXP, CPHQ, LSSBB, is currently the Chief Experience Officer at ChristianaCare, having previously held the same title at Downstate Health Sciences University and served as Associate Vice President of Patient Experience at Planned Parenthood of Greater New York. With extensive experience in directing strategic plans across health systems, Wren specializes in Performance Management and Human Experience, leveraging advanced AI tools to optimize service demand. Wren's leadership has been instrumental in redesigning care delivery systems and enhancing patient and employee engagement, all while fostering innovation as a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Wren is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Health Care Administration at Rutgers University and The New School, respectively, alongside a PhD in Health Care Administration from Seton Hall University.
