Alan Henricks is a seasoned financial executive and board member with extensive experience in high-tech companies, having served in various leadership roles since 1974. They were a financial executive at Atari, the first CFO of Maxim Integrated Products, and led as CFO at multiple firms, including Documentum and Pure Digital Technologies. Currently, Alan holds positions on the boards of several organizations, including ChowNow and OpenSpace, where they serve as Audit Committee Chairman. They are also actively involved in the Stanford Director's College, enhancing their expertise in corporate governance. Alan earned a BS in Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
