Rachel Yegiaian is a seasoned CIO with over 20 years of experience in the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as the CIO at Spectrolab, a Boeing Company, they lead IT functions and drive enterprise digital transformation initiatives. Previously, Rachel held roles at Boeing, Medtronic, and PPG Industries, contributing to mission-critical programs including NASA's Artemis mission. An adjunct professor at Glendale Community College from 2017 to 2022, Rachel is also an active advisor and mentor, fostering leadership in the IT community. They earned both a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
