Darius Frick has been with Whiting Petroleum since June 2006, currently serving as the West District Superintendent for Williston Basin operations. With over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, all within the Williston Basin of North Dakota, Darius previously held the position of Area Operations Supervisor for the Sanish Field operations starting in 2007. Promoted to West District Superintendent in January 2015, Darius manages daily field operations and collaborates closely with supervisors and management from the corporate office in Denver. Additionally, Darius has served on the board of directors for the McKenzie County Bank in Watford City for the past two years and is a member of the McKenzie County Emergency Planning Committee.
