Emir Francis Javillonar is an accomplished Treasury professional currently serving as the Balance Sheet Management Division Head at China Bank PH, where they oversee asset-liability management and liquidity strategies. They have previously held leadership roles at Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company, including Head of Swaps and Rates Trading and Head of the Domestic Treasury Department. Emir has also gained experience as a Foreign Exchange Trader at Metrobank and served as AVP/Treasury Pool Manager at Deutsche Bank. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Ateneo de Manila University and have a passion for traveling and experiencing diverse cultures.
