Abby Ralph is the Director of Revenue Cycle Operations and Analytics at Children's National Hospital, a position they have held since 2020. Previously, Abby served in various roles at the hospital, including Interim Executive Director of Revenue Integrity and Business Manager for the Goldberg Center for Primary Care and Community Health. Abby's extensive experience includes overseeing revenue cycle improvement projects, managing significant budgets, and leading critical initiatives such as the establishment of COVID-19 testing sites. They are currently pursuing a dual Master's in Business Administration and Health Care Administration from the University of Maryland University College, while also studying Bioethics and Religion at the University of Toronto.
