Carey Spain is the Senior Director of Integrated Community Care at Children's Mercy Kansas City. They have extensive experience in case management, health plan medical management, and behavioral health, with a strong background in policy and program development. Previously, Carey served as the Director of Social Work Care Management at Children's Mercy Kansas City and held various roles as a social worker and manager at Children's Mercy Hospital and Park Lane Medical Center. They hold an MBA from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and are pursuing additional leadership and social work certifications from UMKC/Cerner and the University of Kansas.
