Matthew Winchester has a diverse background in healthcare management and military service. Starting as a Hospital Corpsman in the US Navy from March 2002 to March 2011, Matthew transitioned to civilian roles, serving as Surgical Manager at Illinois Eye Surgeons from April 2011 to October 2013. Matthew then held various management positions at Mercy, including Manager of Perioperative Support and later Regional Director of Sterile Processing. Since April 2023, Matthew has been the Director of Sterile Processing at Children's Hospital Colorado. Matthew's educational credentials include a Master's in Business Administration from Ashford University and a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, along with a Six Sigma Blackbelt certification from Aveta Business Institute.
