Maggie Lyman, MPP, currently serves as the Data Quality Management Team Lead at Chicago Public Schools, where they oversee data strategy and implementation for the district's Continuous Improvement and Data Transparency policy. With a strong background in public policy and social work, Maggie has previously led teams and developed curriculum that addresses educational equity, most notably during their time as a Team Leader at City Year Chicago. They also held roles as a Senior Adoption Manager at Albert | Learn By Doing, where they contributed to professional development initiatives, and as a tutor for at-risk students, achieving significant success in student retention and graduation rates. Maggie holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Marist College.
