Thomas Lanctot is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience in asset management, investment banking, and law. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor and Board Member at Catholic Investment Services, Thomas has held significant positions including Chief Executive Officer and Partner at William Blair, where they led investment banking teams and earned recognition as one of the top infrastructure investment bankers globally. Thomas has also contributed to various boards, including the CORE Foundation and Rush University Medical Center. They hold a BA from Northwestern University and a JD from the University of Chicago Law School.
