James Stafford is a seasoned payroll and human resources professional with extensive experience in managing payroll and benefits functions across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Payroll Specialist at Chesterfield County Public Schools since March 2024, James has previously held roles such as Payroll Supervisor at the Virginia Department of Corrections and Payroll & Benefits Coordinator at Roots Natural Kitchen. Prior to these positions, James worked as a Personnel & Benefits Administrator at Carter Myers Automotive, and served as the Human Resources, Payroll & Finance Manager at Fluvanna County Public Schools.
