Shai Yatzkan currently serves as the Division CFO for Workspace Security at Check Point Software, overseeing the financial strategy and operations of a significant growth division. Prior to this role, Shai was the CFO of Cyberint, a Check Point Company, where successful leadership contributed to a strategic pivot to a pure SaaS model and achievement of 600% ARR growth over four years. Experience includes senior finance roles at Optimal+, Traiana, and Sapiens, as well as foundational work at SuperDerivatives and PwC. In addition to extensive financial management expertise, Shai has contributed to academia as a teaching assistant and instructor at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Reichman University. Shai holds both M.B.A. and B.A. degrees (Cum Laude) from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, specializing in Finance, Banking, Accounting, and Economics.
