Andrew Samusenko has extensive experience in research and development, particularly in the fields of AI security and cloud workload protection. Currently serving as R&D Director at Check Point Software since August 2015, Andrew leads initiatives to secure AI agents and large language models, as well as overseeing the Cloud Guard workload security product line. Previous roles at Check Point include managing R&D groups for cloud security and virtualization, where Andrew directed teams of over 110 developers and managed product roadmaps. Prior to Check Point, Andrew was an R&D Group Manager at Radware, focusing on real-time protection against internet threats, and held positions as a co-founder of BloggersBase and a software developer at Tecnomatix/UGS/Siemens. Andrew's educational background includes an MBA and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University, along with a practical engineering degree in Computer Science.
