Detric Leggett Sr. is currently serving as an Alderman for the City of Savannah while maintaining a long-term position as an Operating Room Specialty Tech at Memorial Health University Medical Center. Over the years, Detric has focused on improving patient safety and care, particularly through collaboration with the Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation team. Detric also actively participates on multiple boards, including the Chatham Area Transit Authority and Horizons National. In education, Detric is pursuing a degree in Municipal Government at The University of Georgia.
