William Bly is currently the VP and Associate General Counsel at Charter Communications, a position they have held since 2017. They previously operated their own firm, Bly Law, PC, from 2009 to 2017, and served as a partner at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP from 2007 to 2009. Their earlier legal experience includes roles as a partner/associate at Cole, Raywid & Braverman and as an associate at Troop Steuber Pasich Reddick & Tobey. William earned a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Delaware.
