Thomas Miller is an award-winning creative director, digital strategist, and product designer currently serving as the Director of User Experience at Charter Communications. With a robust background in defining customer experiences across multiple domains, Thomas has held leadership roles at various companies, including Chief Experience Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Augmate, and Executive Creative Director at DoubleDigit. Thomas has also led the creative vision for significant publications and launched several successful digital projects while managing high-performance teams. Currently, Thomas is pursuing education at the University of California, Berkeley.
