John Q. is currently the Senior Vice President of Field Operations at Charter Communications and has served as the Regional Vice President of Field Operations at Spectrum since 2016. Previously, John held key positions at Time Warner Cable as the Regional Vice President of Operations and Sales for NYC-NJ and as the Area Vice President in Albany, NY. John began their career at Sprint, serving as the Director of Switch Engineering and Capacity Planning before advancing to the Director of the National Technical Assistance Center. John earned an MBA from Rockhurst University and completed executive programs at Dartmouth College and Harvard Business School. Proudly, John also served in the US Navy.
