Celeste Flynn is currently the Associate Vice President of Government Affairs at Charter Communications, a position held since 2024. Prior to this, they worked at Time Warner Cable in various roles from 1997 to 2011, including Director of Public Affairs and Vice President of Government Relations for Wisconsin. Celeste also served on the board of WICT Chicago from 2005 to 2009. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Marquette University, earned in 1991.
