Catherine Farrow is the Head of Human Capital at Charlesbank, where they lead initiatives in recruiting, professional development, learning, and culture. They joined Charlesbank in 2024 from Bain & Company, where they served as Vice President of Talent and Operations, focusing on team building and fostering a high-performance culture. Earlier in their career, Catherine worked in K–12 education to enhance human capital systems and served as a management consultant at Bain. They hold a BA in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from Harvard University, and in their free time, they enjoy wrangling their three wonderful kids.
