With a doctorate in anthropology from the London School of Economics, Rebecca has extensive experience in philanthropy, academia, and international development, particularly in conflict-affected regions of Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union. They previously held positions as a Social Development Specialist at the World Bank and as a Council on Foreign Relations International Affairs Fellow. Committed to serving their community, Rebecca was elected to Troy City Council in 2020 and has actively participated in various local leadership initiatives, emphasizing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
