Stephanie Meltzer is a Senior UX Researcher currently serving as the Sr. Manager at Charles Schwab since 2025. Previously, they held the position of Lead Design Researcher at Scholastic from 2022 to 2023, and have worked in various roles including Digital Operations and Special Projects at Supreme from 2019 to 2022. Stephanie has extensive experience in user research, having worked at the Center for Digital Experiences at Pratt Institute, where they conducted generative user interviews and usability testing for notable clients. They earned multiple honors Bachelor’s degrees in Product Development and Cognitive Psychology from Florida State University and are currently pursuing a Master of Science in Information Experience Design from Pratt Institute.
