Tom Zimmermann is Chapman's Chief Financial Officer and has been with Chapman since 1991. Tom oversees all financial functions within the firm, including Chapman’s in-house accounting team. He provides Chapman’s leadership team with financial reports, budgets, annual projections, and financial forecasts. In addition, Tom is responsible for the firm’s financial reporting procedures as well as the firm’s accounting system, ensuring all periodic closings, year-end closings, and the year-end audit are thoroughly prepared and accurately reported.

Tom works with Chapman’s attorneys and accounting/pricing professionals to develop non-hourly pricing models for clients and to improve pricing and performance metrics.

Tom started his career at a small fleet leasing company, and later worked as an accountant at Merrill Lynch, Arthur Anderson, and Schiff Hardin (an Am Law 200 firm).
