Marie Rateau is currently the Head of Finance Transformation at CHANEL, drawing on over 12 years of experience in finance management accounting and project management. Previously, they held various roles at CHANEL, including Senior Project Manager and FP&A Analyst, where they led major projects and developed strategic budget reporting for multiple divisions. Marie began their career as an Assistant Management Accountant at L'Oréal, where they honed their skills in data analysis and budget tracking. They hold a Master’s degree in Accounting and Business Management from ESSCA Ecole de management and have achieved the Chartered Global Management Accountant designation from CIMA.
