Ignacio Suárez Cabrerizo is the Director of IT & Operations at CHANEL, where they lead local ERP, CRM, and BI projects, as well as developing mobility and communication solutions. Prior to this role, Ignacio held positions such as IT Manager for Spain and Portugal and served as an IT Manager at Bourjois. Their career began as a Consultant in Informática at Diseño en Informática, focusing on ERP and SFA applications for multinational companies. Ignacio has been pursuing an I.S. in Informatics at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid since 1987.
