Hugo Launes is a Digital Project Manager specializing in automation and data for HR, payroll, and training at CHANEL, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Hugo worked as an Automation, Data, and HRIS Project Manager at CHANEL and as a Data Analyst at Groupe Caisse des Dépôts, where they designed interactive dashboards and automated reporting processes. They have also gained experience in IoT through a brief stint at INNLED. Hugo holds an Engineering degree in Big Data and Analytics from ECE Paris and is pursuing a Master of Science in Project Management at SKEMA Business School.
