Troy Tremaine, Executive MBA, has extensive experience in the clinical trials and diagnostics sectors. Prior to joining Champions Oncology, Inc. as SVP, Head of Clinical Bioanalytical Strategy in 2025, they served as Executive Director at CellCarta from 2021 to 2023 and held various leadership roles in sales and business development at notable companies including Rules-Based Medicine, Metabolon, and Genetix. Additionally, Troy served in the Army National Guard as a Corporal from 1993 to 2001. They are currently involved with multiple organizations, including Acutis Diagnostics and Wren Laboratories, both in Chief Commercial Officer positions.
