Laura Lewis-Williams is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in managing and improving educational programs. Currently serving as Managing Director at Challenge Partners since October 2018, Laura has also held positions as Executive Director and Director of Partnerships and Programmes within the organization. Previously, Laura was the Director of Headship and Executive Programmes at Ambition School Leadership and served as Director of Headship at The Future Leaders Trust. Early career roles include Deputy Headteacher and Assistant Headteacher at Quintin Kynaston School, as well as positions in corporate finance as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte UK. Laura's educational background includes a Master's Degree from the University of Cambridge and another Master's in Education and International Development from IOE - UCL. Additionally, Laura is pursuing further education at Meyler Campbell.
