Mike Duffy is currently the Executive Director of Technical Services at CHA Consulting, Inc., a position they have held since 2022. They previously served as Multi Site Head at Bristol Myers Squibb from 2019 to 2021 and as Senior Director Portfolio Operations at Onyx Equities from 2021 to 2022. Duffy's extensive experience includes directing engineering and maintenance at Pfizer (Wyeth Biotech) from 2004 to 2010 and occupying several leadership roles at Celgene between 2014 and 2019. They hold an AAS in Electronics from Union College, a BSIT in Industrial Technology from Montclair State University, and an MBA with a minor in finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
