James B. Additionally, James holds the position of President and EVP & Chief Strategy Officer at CHA Consulting, Inc., and co-chairs the Board of Trustees for Youth Enrichment Services. Prior experience includes strategic leadership roles at TRC Companies, Inc., Huron, and the co-founding of Aerospace Hardware Exchange, Inc. with a focus on innovative financial and strategic management. James holds an MBA in International Business & Finance from American University and a BA in Business Management from Clark University.
