Jean Bosco Iyacu is the Chief Executive Officer at Access to Finance Rwanda, where they lead the implementation of strategic programs aimed at enhancing financial services access for underserved populations in Rwanda. With over 14 years of experience in leadership roles within retail and SME banking, Jean has significantly contributed to developing financial sector initiatives and policies, including establishing the Informal Sector Pension Scheme. They actively engage with various stakeholders, including government officials and donors, and serve on multiple boards, including the Financial Sector Deepening Network Council and the Global FinEquity Technical Advisory Committee. Jean holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics, specializing in Money and Banking from ULK.
