James Waring is currently a Portfolio Chief Finance Officer at The CFO Centre UK, a position held since 2024. Previously, Waring served as Finance Director at Cenergist from 2016 to 2023, and held key roles including Group Financial Controller at Mutanda Mining Sarl and Head of Financial Planning and Analysis at CAV Aerospace Ltd. Earlier in their career, Waring worked as an Audit Senior at PwC and as a Unit Controller at International Paint. James earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Accounting and Finance from Newcastle University and completed the ACA qualification at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
