Kosala Udugahapattuwa is currently a Principal at the CEB Training Centre in Piliyandala, where they manage resources to achieve the training branch's objectives and introduce new technologies and skills to staff and stakeholders. Additionally, Kosala has been an Electrical Engineer at the Ceylon Electricity Board. They are pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Wayamba University of Sri Lanka, having previously earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the University of Moratuwa and a National Diploma in Technology in Electrical Engineering (Power) from the same institution. Kosala has also completed Part 2 of the Electrical (Power) course at the Institute of Engineers Sri Lanka.
