Previously serving as the Senior Intelligence NCOIC in the Indiana Army National Guard, they led teams to achieve significant recruiting goals while managing challenging environments. Timothy has held roles such as Recruitment Supervisor at CEVA Logistics and Technical Recruiter at Amazon Web Services, where they implemented innovative recruiting solutions. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. Currently, they serve as the Recruiting Manager for North America.
