Sylvain Monneyron is a Business Unit Director with 20 years of experience in manufacturing and e-commerce logistics. They currently serve as the Head of Customer Operations at CEVA Logistics, overseeing operations for major global accounts and driving service excellence across six sites in Europe. Previously, Sylvain was the Industrial Director in France for Ingram Micro, where they significantly improved operational efficiency and profitability across multiple sites. Sylvain is recognized for leading large-scale transformations, building strong customer relationships, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. They hold a Master's degree in Applied Statistics from UCL and a General Engineering degree from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy.
