Emily Tsui is an experienced professional in customs solutions and client service management, currently serving as the Head of Customs Solutions & Customer Success at CEVA Logistics since December 2020. Prior to this role, Emily held various positions, including Global Expert in Customs Solution Design at Maersk and Head of Customs Brokerage Product for Canada. Emily's extensive experience also includes roles at Milgram & Company Ltd. as Client Relationship Management, Livingston International as Client Service Manager, and DB Schenker, where responsibilities ranged from Director of Client Services and Solutions to Manager of National Process Improvement & Account Management. Emily earned a B.A. in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Toronto - University College from 1980 to 1984.
