Elayne Stevens is an experienced software developer with a professional background spanning several roles and companies. Currently serving as a Software Developer III at Certus since September 2022, Elayne previously held positions as a Software Developer II and a Business Integrations/Support Analyst at Kwik Trip, Inc., where work involved OnBase workflow and API, C#, and SQL to enhance operational efficiency. Prior experience includes a stint as a Senior Technical Support Specialist at UnitedHealth Group, with expertise in monitoring servers and liaising across departments. Elayne also worked at Kaplan Professional, contributing to back-end development and leading technical support initiatives. Earlier experience includes a role as a Work Study Student at Western Technical College, supporting graphic design, and an internship at MD Graphix focused on graphic design and print.
