Tian Beng Ng is the President and Group Chief Executive Officer of Certis, where they are currently leading the organization's Ops-Tech transformation and driving growth across key markets. Previously, they held several key leadership roles at Dell Technologies, including Vice President & Managing Director for South Asia & Korea, where they oversaw business operations across 34 countries and managed a team of over 800. Tian also served as General Manager for Singapore & Brunei and was recognized with the APJ Best Enterprise Director Award in 2005. They earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Western Australia and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Santa Clara University.
