Charmaine Lau possesses extensive experience in human resources, having held various leadership roles across notable organizations. At Marina Bay Sands, from October 2012 to January 2016, Charmaine served as a Senior HR Business Partner, supervising a team and providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary issues. Subsequently, Charmaine took charge as the Lead HR Partner, establishing the Employee Relations/Industrial Relations team.
