Carl Chatfield is an experienced Technology Service Operations and Delivery Manager with over 14 years in the financial services and central banking sectors. Currently serving as the VP and Head of IT Service Desk for EMEA & APAC at Cerberus Capital Management since 2025, Carl has also held positions such as Senior IT Service Management Analyst and Team Leader at Columbia Threadneedle Investments, and Senior Service Manager at CLS Group. Carl began their career at Ford Motor Company as an Analyst and further developed expertise in IT Change and Configuration at the Bank of England.
