Michael Neyshtadt is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in management and operations across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Production Engineering Director at Ceragon Networks since April 2024, Michael leads a diverse team of engineers while enhancing production efficiency and quality. Previously, as the Professional Services Operations Manager at AvaTrade, Michael managed tier 2 and 3 support teams and oversaw the Problem Management Framework. Michael's career includes significant roles at Orpak Systems, where responsibilities ranged from customer support management to professional services, and at ABB as a Commissioning Engineer, focusing on multi-discipline systems and product development. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering.
