Pınar Sezgen is a skilled leader in operations management, currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Century Mold Co. Inc., where they oversee six manufacturing plants and lead transformation initiatives. Pınar's career began at Şişecam as a Production Administrator and continued at TOFAS, where they developed expertise in supplier quality and process management. They held several significant roles at Automotive Lighting, including Regional Quality Director for North America, before assuming their current position. Pınar graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University in 1999.
