Laura Harvey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public affairs and corporate communications. Currently serving as the Director of Public Affairs at Centrica since September 2013, Laura has also held positions as Deputy Director of Corporate Communications and Global Policy and Senior Public Affairs Manager within the same organization. Prior to Centrica, Laura was with R3, the insolvency trade body, from April 2010 to August 2013, where responsibilities included Public Affairs and Policy Manager and Public Affairs Officer. Earlier experience includes a role as Assistant Researcher for Greg Mulholland MP from October 2009 to March 2010. Laura holds a 2.1 degree in History from Newcastle University, completed in 2008, and attended St. John Fisher's in Harrogate.
