Travis Straw currently serves as the Global IT Services and Operations Manager at Centric Software, overseeing the management of the IT service desk and collaborating with Human Resources on employee lifecycle management. Previously, as the Director of IT and Operations at Aetheros, Travis led efforts to enhance IT infrastructure and cybersecurity, developed policies, and coordinated a data center relocation. Prior roles include IT Manager at ViacomCBS, where Travis managed extensive IT systems and supported over 200 users, and positions at OPSWAT and LinQuest that focused on cloud solutions, security compliance, and incident response. Travis's career began in the United States Air Force, where responsibilities included cybersecurity and systems administration. Travis holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with an Advanced Cyber Security Certificate from the University of Phoenix.
