Jacob Mutale is a seasoned Digital Health professional with over a decade of experience in leading health informatics initiatives across Zambia. With a Master of Science in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Jacob combines technical expertise with strategic leadership in public health. Previously a Software Developer for SmartCare EHR and a Data Manager at CIDRZ, Jacob's contributions have been pivotal in the design and implementation of national-scale digital health solutions. Currently pursuing a PhD in Telehealth, Jacob remains dedicated to advancing digital transformation and equitable access to healthcare through innovative programs.
