Currently serving as the Director at Central Square Foundation, they have previously held significant roles, such as SVP and Head of Teacher Operations at Cuemath and COO at Rajasthan Royals, where they co-built the brand and revenue models. With an education in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, Santanu focuses on customer-centric problem-solving and collaborative partnerships.
