Safa Gadalla is a highly motivated IT support engineer and customer-oriented professional with over 5 years of experience in IT support and project coordination. They served as a Senior Project Coordinator at the Central Bank of Sudan from 2010 to 2014, overseeing numerous projects, including network upgrades. Currently, Safa works as a Senior Network Engineer and IT Support Specialist at the same institution, where they manage and maintain LAN and WAN networks. They hold a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic and Communications Engineering from Sudan University of Science and Technology.
