Debra Harris, MPH, currently serves as a Health Insurance Specialist in the CAHPG/Division of Medicaid Eligibility Policy at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services since April 2022. Previously, Debra held the role of ACO Operations Manager at Boston Medical Center from January 2021 to April 2022, leading initiatives to enhance ACO partnership performance and engagement. Debra's earlier experience includes positions as a Long Term Care Eligibility Policy Analyst/Program Coordinator III and Health Policy Analyst at the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services, where responsibilities included policy implementation and stakeholder engagement.
