Brianna Williams is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in nonprofit and impact-driven organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Finance at Popular Democracy since November 2025, Brianna previously held the role of Director of Finance and Operations at the Global Designing Cities Initiative, contributing to a mission focused on transforming urban street design to prioritize people. As a co-founder of The Nonprofit Collective, a podcast aimed at exploring the nonprofit sector, Brianna has also managed finance and operations at the Global Impact Investing Network and at Step Up, where the focus was on empowering girls from under-resourced communities. Additional roles include Director of Finance at Organic Motion and Community Economic Developer with the Peace Corps. Brianna's educational background includes a Master’s in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Columbia University and a BA in International Relations from Alliant International University, complemented by a certification in Grant Writing from San Diego State University.
