Mikala Conway is a detail-oriented and mission-driven professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Nichols College. They have held various roles, including Supervisor and Tele-counselor at Nichols College, where they demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills. Mikala has experience as a Global Expansion and Marketing Strategist at Concepts International LLC, and most recently serves as a Fiscal Analyst for the New York State Office of Mental Health. They are currently the Grant and Contract Manager at the Center for Economic Growth, where they continue to bridge finance, strategy, and community impact.
